We stay here every time we come to Springfield. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and well appointed, and the breakfast is good with a nice variety. But what brings us back here is the amazing staff. The service and hospitality is the best I’ve seen anywhere. Every team member is smiling, friendly and welcoming. They appear to love their jobs and appreciate their guests.
I stayed here on business for 4 days and was blown away by the friendliness and hospitality I recieved. Every person i talked to (guests included!) were an absolute delight. Im looking at you Cathy!! Thank you for dinner! I would absolutely come back.

Clean Rooms and Great Breakfast Stayed for a night with two queen suite rooms. Had to call to modify my reservation and the staff was very helpful to make my changes. Both of our rooms were clean and fully stocked. Water was hot for showers and the pool was nice and warm. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning. This is a great Hampton Inn location. We'll stay here again when we are in town!
This is one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Their staff is fantastic and the happy hour during the week is great. Hotel is always clean. I’m in Springfield once or twice a month and I will never stay anywhere else.
Wonderful stay, wonderful breakfast, clean as can be! Very helpful employees too! Aaron was very friendly and helpful! The employee who worked breakfast this weekend (01/17-18/2026) works incredibly hard with a smile on her face to make it a great experience.
Tiffany and Alex were excellent providers of service and care during my stay for a work trip. Their ability to create a warm atmosphere during every interaction I had with them is a credit to the hotel. I will definitely be coming back!
